Steam pay system

I have two steam accounts, on the first (main) my POE account. On the second steam I need to activate the trading platform, and for this I need to buy something on steam. Can I buy coins for the first steam (on which my POE account is) through the 2nd steam account, so that I can activate the trading platform of the 2nd steam and get coins on the first steam (the POE account is linked there)?
