Reload bug not Fixed but all skills now 1 bolt forcing us to reload more often ?

dear devs where is the logic ? reload bug still in game but now ALL crossbow skills have 1 bolt?
excluding shockburst and rapid fire (boss killing skills)

the only way to "fix" the "jammed" crossbow is trying to spam reload or "force reload" whit emergency reload which rarely fix the jammed crossbow and forces u to Relog=/
