Pricefixing 0.3 new trade mechanics

Some people are putting cages on waypoint in hideout for some reason and as you teleport inside they initiated a trade before. I pressume this new npc for contactless trade can be moved freely in hideout like other npcs? Ill let you to connect the dots here.

you should be able to roll through stuff in hideout. I've never been caged before but if you can't roll through, they should make it so it's possible.
