Cannot Bind scepter to both weapon sets, if the scepter needs to change hands

I cannot bind the same scepter to Weapon set 1 AND 2 if I'm using a Wand in one set and a shield/focus in the other. It can't figure out how to move the scepter to the appropriate main or offhand.


To clarify
Put a wand in weapon set 1
Put a focus in Weapon Set 2
Then try to bind a scepter to both sets. It cannot be done.

I have the same issue.

I use scepter with focus in weapon set 1. I want my wand + the same scepter in set 2. I can lock the focus or the wand to both sets but no scepters.

Is there a way around that or is it still an issue?
Trying to use it in main hand with a shield and in off-hand with a Talisman after allocating "Lord of the Wilds" Keystone hopefully keeping my minions persistent when swapping frequently between shapeshifting attacker and spellcaster.

has this being resolved or they focus on other matters?
