Tame Beast not working in Act 4

Tried using tame beast in 2 Act-4 zones multiple times, nothing is happening before and killing the rare beast. Afterwards, I tried it in Act-3, and it works, I see the animation on the beast when I use it and is tamed after I kill it. But this does not happen dealing with rare beasts in Act-4.

Not working for me either in Act IV.

It's disabled in act 4 along with bind spectre.
