Ancient Vows - Medallion Bug

Hi guys I'm facing a bug where after I inserted the two medallion pieces in the "Ancient Vows" quest no options where showing for me to choose from. I tried resetting the instance, restarting the game, toggling the label visibility on/off, pretty much everything I could think of, and still nothing worked. I'm playing on PS5, was wondering if anyone faced the same issue, and if they managed to find a work around.

I've run into the same issue on Xbox Series X. Placed both relics on the slots but no effect, and I can't remove them anymore.

Bumping this as it's still an issue, sharing images for validation

Still not working - well into endgame, but going back to Act 2 still does not activate the rewards

This bug still exists.

As far as I've experienced it's caused in multiplayer when one player inserts the relics while other players are not yet in the zone.

Unlike PC players who can alt click the relics to fix it, affected console players just have to deal with bricked characters.

This bug needs immediate attention!
