Can't Finish Mission - Hostile Takeover

I can't complete the mission Hostile Takeover at the point it asks me to "Speak to Ange" in my hideout, when I go to the hideout and speak to her I have no dialogue to finish it so the quest is stuck open on my game.

This will be the 1st quest of act 5, it was same after 0.2 with the quest to talk to Doryani

Same thing happened to me while doing Hostile Takeover. I talked to Ange and she took me to the Shoreline. When I cleared the Shoreline. The Quest required me to talk to Ange but she was not avialble in Shorline. I back to town to talk to Ange. The quest became "Speak to Amge to travel to Shoreline Hideout". But when I spoke to Ange she didn't bring me to the Shoreline.

Set your hideout to the new beach and then go to see her there. It completed for me when I did that.
