Is this possible to sell items without premium in POE 2? No currency just items :( ?

You need a Premium (mtx) tab to list items on the trade site. You need a Merchant (mtx) tab to list items for async trade.
You can still trade with other users without those MTX items, but now you're responsible to do your own marketing like posting your wares to the TRADE chat or the TRADE discussion boards.

Were you gifted a key and have no mtx funds for tabs when they're on sale?
Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.
