Merchant stash tabs

1 Merchant stash tab should be free for so everyone after meeting the NPC so it's equally useable by all not just people who pay. Then if people want to sell more they can buy more.

The other issue is that people can't even convert their existing premium stash tabs to a merchant one at the moment.
But other have give them a huge advantage in making currency over the rest of us.
