Instant Leech not working

The new sources of instant leech like on Heart of the Well are not working when converting life leech to ES leech on Essentia Sanguis. It also seems to bug my leech entirely. When I put on the jewel I cant leech at all.

Using Atziri‘s Acuity and the Oracles Inevitable Crits Ascendancy. My Lunar Assault should be leeching Mana thanks to its Oisín‘s Oath support and my Shred should be leeching life, but both do not. |

+1 Something is not working there for me too.
Using lich with Eternal Life, Same gloves and vaal pact (from a flesh crucible). Instant leech is not working at all for my ES. |

Same here. I'm using essentia sanguis + oisin oath on lunar assault + '% of leech is instant' from heart of the well and leech is not instant at all
