Early Access Bug Reports - Curse skills not working - Forum - Path of Exile

All curse skills cannot apply to mobs.I am a bloodmage with 15% of life reserved node, so it is clearly not just visional bug, but actually not applying at all. I have 3 bloodmages for each season. i have the same problem with my chayula monk atm. Yesterday it worked but now i cant apply any Despair even with normal cast and i dont get why.
