Trail of the Ancestors: NO QUEST REWARD DROPPED

I just wanted to report an issue with the Trail of the Ancestors quest, where it seems that the end quest reward, after speaking to Navali and the Mother of Death the "Tattoo of Hinekora" (2 passive points reward) does not drop.
I found out because Navali talks about a gift thats provided to you and the quest finished. I found no reward (or passive points unlocked) and after looking it up on the internet the Tattoo of Hinekora was supposed to drop.
The previous Tatoos from Halls of the Dead: Trial of Ngkanu dropped with no problem.
So I just wanted to file this one in case others had similar issues. I really appreciate if there is some clearing up on this.

Same. Sucks losing out on 2 points :(

Have the same issue.. tried first playing in co-op, neither of us got points. Then again as the warrior, he for some reason got the reward, than lastly as a huntress and she also got no rewards…

Was gonna make a post myself, hope they see this report soon… feels super annoying to miss out on 2 passive points, hurts more than you’d think. :(
