Act 4 Excavated Site Wall not broken and Boss not respawning so softlocked out of game.

The end of "The Search" mission in act 4, the boss breaks a wall, a bug occurred where no inputs would entered and no quest progression. I respawned at the checkpoint to try to fix the bug and now the wall repaired itself so the Excavated Site can't be entered and there is no boss anymore to break it again. Tried leaving island, logging out, but wall still is up with no way to break it. Basically softlocked out of the game or progress.
