I have completed all the tasks related to talent points correctly, but I am missing 2 talent points

Most likely missing one because the UI is hard to read every zone. My only suggestion is to recheck every act including the interludes, including the undergrounds to see if you have any skulls with + signs that are not crossed off.

If you're still 100% sure you got them all, include a screenshot of every zone.

Edit: Assuming that's related to PoE 2. If PoE 1 where you posted, just type /passives in game.

The above are all my point tasks and the points I currently have. There are still 2 points that should be completed after clearing NPC Dialogue obtained, I cannot find the relevant completion display.
