Greater Chaos together with Omen of Whittling BUG

When using Greater Chaos together with Omen of Whittling, the minimum modifier guarantee rule of Greater Chaos is being broken. It looks like there’s currently a bug, so be careful.

Mods under level 35 keep showing up. That’s definitely a problem.

I just used an omen of whittling twice, it’s times with a greater chaos. The first time it hit the exact same roll. Is that even supposed to be possible? The next time it hit the same roll but 1 tier higher which feels bad but I at least see a difference.
