Bug after killing Doryani in Stone Citadel

After killing Doryani in Stone Citadel a neverending lightning bolt kept hitting my character until it died.
I was on my last revive and lost the fragment and a divine drop from this boss. Considering the amount of time you have to spend to find a citadel, it's honestly frustrating especially after finding out this bug has been in the game for a long time.

Not sure if any follow up from staff, same issue still exists as of now
