Cant remove dance with death jewel from the socket in my passive tree

I cant take out a jewel in my passive skill tree , no mater what i do, it says it cant be unsocketed. I also tried replacing that jewel with another one but that doesnt work also

As this node can only be allocated while the jewel is socketed, you need to deallocate the node to remove the jewel. ---- Also, a moderator will likely move this as it doesn't really belong in Technical Support. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

Yea , i did that to, i removed all the nodes i could up to the socket it was in because i wanted to redo my tree. Even then it said it couldnt be taken off

You don't seem to be posting from the same account as you play on.
Could you log out of the website, then log in on that other account? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
