Simulacrum wave 15 not ending (373 668 606)

On the last wave I have killed all monsters and both bosses. But. Looks like Omniphobia has been bugged and stays in kind of dying pose forever. It locks the wave to be counted as completed. After relogin game shows that I have access to wave 16/15 but it cant be started. Used skills: Lightning arrow, lightning rod, tornado shot, herald of thunder, wind dancer, rhoa mount.

Experiencing the same issue. No reward on wave 15, and also the quest for delirium atlas points isn t completed. Using crossbow so the skill used might not be the issue.
