Direct12 bug in AMD MAX+ 395

New install in new PC.
Options without changes.
Game works but in some zones the image quality drastically reduced. Frame rate also affected. Almost imposible to beat any rare.

Fix ---
Change driver to Vulkan. Then all work as expected.

Proposal ---
Auto select proper driver
