Stuck in kalguraan tomb boss arena after 2nd attempt at t3

Just attempted t3 pinnacle ice guy and beat him but died to an aoe just after he dropped his loot, went to have another attempt and see that I've unlocked the last difficulty but don't have the atlas points for it. Decide to have another attempt and the boss doesn't enter 2nd phase and just dies, I grab loot and realise I'm stuck in the arena and i cant spend my 2 new atlas points either for some reason. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Ive attempted relogging and can't respond at checkpoint from the esc menu
