Ritual deleted by Abyss?

Today on 3 different maps that are marked as containing the ritual extra content there were no rituals at all. This only happened in maps that were either: also marked as containing the abyss extra content, or when I used a waystone with the desecrated "contains # more abyss pits, area is overrun by the abyss" which essentially adds the abyss extra content artificially (it even comes up in the extra content checklist when inside the map). I am trying to collect splinters at the moment so this was rather frustrating. I tried to search for an equivalent thread and couldn't find one, so apologies if this bug is already known. Thanks.

Confirm, just run map overrun by abyss with ritual which didn't spawn at all.
