Buy Early Access Key Twice

I bought early access on PS5 when the game was released.
After 338 hours of play, including the new season, I can't log into the game. The game displays the message: "Your account does not have access to POE2 Early Access, buy it again please" Thanks to the developers for this sad experience  Last bumped on Sep 5, 2025, 1:34:55 PM
