Halls of Dead tattoos not showing up

I defeated all three bosses for the tests, but the tattoos did not drop at all. I finsihed the quest line and beat the final boss for the coin, and got the final tattoo from Navali.

Update: I reran all three tests, and the tattoos dropped the second time. The order of clearing the tests/final boss was not at all clear

Can you tell me how exactly did you fix it? I've ran the stupid trials a few times and nothing drop, what order are you talking about?

first time through I cleared the three tests and then the final boss. Did not get the tattoos from the test but did get the coin/tattoo from the final boss. I then recleared the three tests and the tattoos then dropped for me.
