Sealed Vault Idol

I've found the sealed vault multiple times now.

it says you need to find an Idol in the surrounding maps to enter but I can never find it.

I found the idol once, next to the Sealed Vault map (indicator right next to the boss) but then failed the Sealed Vault map. Now, I have found another Sealed Vault but none of the connected nearby maps had the idol. Is this working as intended?

I have the same issue, just did all maps surrounding 2 separate vaults. I heard multiple people in chat complaining about this.
I did two vaults before that and had idol in the first map approaching the vault.

This is my situation. I have a suspicion Idol is in that map, but I cannot reach it xD

The Sealed Vault seems completely bugged. Even after finding the key and locating the two cores meant to unlock the loot room, I cleared the entire map and couldn't find the vault room at all—it looks like it doesn't generate the Room.
