Electrocuting Arrow no hit issue

Electrocuting Arrow goes through the Black Strider(giant spider) mobs in Traitors passage Act2 as if it doesn't have a hit box with this attack skill.

Can't hit the Vile Vulture mob in ac2 Deshar with Electrocuting Arrow as well. Just goes through the mob as if it has no hitbox.

Confirmed I have the same issue. Also doesn't hit the smaller baby spiders, either.
