Falling Thunder + Ailith Chimes power charge usage only works unarmed.

Falling Thunder + Ailith Chimes power charge.

while unarmed, it uses before the attack and consumes the generated power chargees correctly.

With a quarterstaff, if you have specific attack speed breakpoints, you don't consume it, and you deal 0 damage.

Just did some tests, seems that on specific attack time breakpoints (more than 0.6, 0.7, i can always consume those charge, but if i attack too fast, the game stop counting them before the animation)

Doesn't seens to work with flicker strike too,
I have seen videos of it working last week but have never been able to replicate it. Is there a specific gem order for it to work? Is it even supposed to work at all?
Bumping as this still occurs, extra info about breakpoints:
The switch seems related to animations as the attack animation switches at the same breakpoint where this bug starts occurring.

Breakpoint looks like ~1.55 APS on falling thunder

Below that the charges get generated and consumed in the same attack.
Above it the attack slams first and then generates the charges.

Below that APS the character does the spinny animation (the one from the preview), above that APS he switches to a simpler overhead slam.

So presumably the change in animation has something to do with the order in triggers for generating charges from ailith and for consuming them with the slam.
