Siphoning Strike Doesn't Generate Combo

I don't know if this is intended or a Bug, but if it's intended, then the ingame Description of Combo is awfully inadequate. Combo simply reads that it comes from "successfully Striking Enemies." Siphoning Strike is a "Melee Strike" Skill with all the relevant Tags.
