I'm running a build that uses acidic concoction for bossing. I applied a single very large poison to The King in the Mists (tier 3, phase 2) and then threw my acidic concoction to finish him but not only did the life loss not trigger, it removed the poison anyway, leaving him at half health.

I went back to fight the same boss at the same difficulty again and this time did not use acidic concoction and the large poison was able to kill the boss without concoction at all (lol) but this does confirm that the failure on the first attempt was due to some bug with concoction removing the poison but not triggering life loss

I was excited to try this build out for bossing so I hope this can be addressed!
