POE2 Cruel Tharthan Executioner Back Attachment not working

The display of the Cruel Tharthan Executioner Back Attachment is not the same as shown in the sales pack.
When I stand in town, the blood cloak appears in full. However, once I enter a map with regular monsters, the blood effect on the cloak disappears and does not display as a full sheet.  Last bumped on Oct 27, 2025, 5:38:26 AM
