Shield Wall + Ahns Citadel + Splitting Ground Notable , not creating extra fissure in combat zones
I have Shield Wall with Ahns Citadel lineage support, which converts the wall to a fissure.
Other fissure supports (like Kaoms madness) work with it, so it should be assumed that this is now a fissure skill. Splitting Ground Notable should give 20% chance of 1 extra fissure. This seems to work in Hideout with 100% chance, but 0% chance in Maps or campaign zones. I have spent 10minutes testing in combat zones to create an extra fissure, but without success. In Hideout it spawns a second fissure all the time. Either Hideout is bugged or notable is bugged, either way something is wrong here. restarting the game seems to have fixed this. now it also triggers in combat zones

ok, still something wrong. it worked for half a map, but stopped once I used one portal and got back to the map.
I can't replicate the conditions to have it working, so I'm not sure what triggered it in the first place. |

bump, not fixed with latest patch.
playing with this setup for several days now, my best (purely anecdotal evidence) guess is that instead of 20% of fissure skills use to create an additional fissure (splitting ground notable), this 20% only rolls once on changing zones. If it doesn't proc, it will never proc until you portal out. If it procs, it will 100% always spawn an additional fissure until you portal out. Once you portal out and back in again, it rolls again.
