Doedre's Undoing bugged with Curse activation delay

It seems that equipping the Doedre's Undoing support gem in a curse like Despair, negates the "% faster curse activation" stat from equipped jewels.

(This is all tested with the "Whispers of Doom" notable that doubles the curse delay time as it's way more noticable and doesn't seem to change the broken behavior. Baseline 3sec delay)

- Using Doedre's Undoing with only Whispers of Doom notable still puts the delay at 3sec, nothing unusual.
- Using the Impending Doom cluster does reduce by 70% the activation delay normally, with or without the support gem at 0.9sec.
- Now using 2 sapphire jewels (14% and 15%) to get from 70% reduced delay to 99% delay. Without Doedre's Undoing, the curse is almost instantly applied, but using the support gem, makes it act like we have no "% faster curse activation" stats in our jewel and the delay gets reverted to the 70% reduced one (in our case 0.9sec) from the Impending doom cluster.
