Cannot Break Ice Crystals from Glacial Bolt with Skills that Consume Freeze

Hello,

After some testing last night, I found I could not break the Ice Crystals that are created by Glacial Bolt with skills that consume freeze, such as Snipe, even though the description for Ice Crystals has been updated to say so.

Fragmentation Rounds will destroy the crystals, though, so the old logic is still there.
