Ngakanu map generated with area that is inaccessible

Was running around Ngakanu, when I killed some mobs on an area above me. I circumnavigated the whole area and there is no accessible point. So I lost out on some loot.

Assuming the image loads properly, you can see the map overlay showing where I am, and the loot you can see, but if you look at the map there is nowhere I can access the area.

Now this appears to be right behind the area where I think I'm supposed to turn in the Shark Fin, but since I completed act IV she has moved as I understand it. So maybe she needed to be there to grant access.
