hideout trading

some dude bought one of my items for a few divine while i was mapping crashed in the map then when i return see that ange has completed one of my sales now the item is gone no currency to collect and it keeps saying this hideout doesnt support trading how do i fix this have re logged changed hideouts etc

after moving ange around the hideout the result of the sale popped into the recivee tab
