Delirious Buggs Delirium Event: No Rewards

When instilling emotions into a waystone, making the map delirious, I am unable to get any rewards associated with delirium events (delirium event is supposed to be on the map). There is no mirror and rewards to not drop at any time during the map.

This is extremely annoying and incentivizes the player to not use distilled emotions on waystones when doing maps with a delirium activity, even when there are other activities on the map that would benefit from delirious.

PS: I am playing on PS5, but bug persists on PC

Please fix.
