No ritual and delirium mirror spawned on my map Bug Report ID: #174985394

I did a map with a Boss, ritual, delirium and Abyss. I used a Waystone with Delirium effect (i heard from someone in the chat that it bug the delirium's mirror and not spawn any), i did the boss quite early in the map but clearing everything along the way and did not see a single ritual anywhere on the map after clearing everything.
