Critical effectively BRICKED ALL offhand rattling sceptres by failed spirit allocation bug
I've got a dark defiler rattling sceptre with lv20 summon skeletons as my offhand and have 279 spirit, 30 used by ravenous swarm, leaving me with 15 summoned skeletons with the +1 minion support gem in place. After removing my wand, it crapped out killing off all my summoned skeletons even though I have 249 spirit spare. I can drop it back to 2 skeletons and they reappear, and I can click on the plus button to get more skeletons but they never appear and no spirit gets consumed. If I put the defiler into my main hand, I can summon 15 skeletons again.
Video of the spirit allocation bug https://youtu.be/OG1NWALkZ1A This is a critical component of my build and it effectively bricks it leaving me to find a lesser sceptre to replace it until it's fixed! Even replacing the sceptre with ANOTHER dark defiler limits me to just 2 skeletons. EDIT: Found the cause - equipping a dueling wand with spellslinger in it, and not equipping any spell in the spellslinger confuses it. Throwing any old spell gem into spellslinger is a workaround. Temporary workaround was to use a different wand, but this is otherwise bricks my build if I hadn't figure that out. It appears spellslinger wand in main hand is what causes it.

It is constantly dropping the first 1-2 free summons even when it is working. Here's a quick video showing the 13 skeletons switching to 15 simply be re-equipping the sceptre.

This bug remains, and I have to unequip and re-equip my dark defiler every couple of minutes to get the remaining 2 summons.
