Sunsplinter Uniques BUG

There is a bug where the Cold Mastery attribute of the Sunsplinter unique does not apply to some summons.
For example, the Cold Mastery support gem applies to Skeletal Brute summons, but the Cold Mastery attribute of the Sunsplinter unique does not apply.
