Curses no longer apply to enemies after taking Rapture the soul node

Cuerses was working just fine and then...
I took "Rapture the soul" node on Lich.
After that - no more curse icon above enemies and no curse debuff icon on monster's healthbar.
I tried:
1) Re-specing out the "Rapture the soul" - not helped
2) Specing into "Rapture the soul" again - not helped
3) All possible things with Curse skill gems (Despair, Vulnerability, Elemental weakness) and supports (Trying different gems of different levels with supports and without them) - nothing.
Please Help!
