Bursting Decay Ring – bugged drop?

I wanted to ask if anyone else experienced this. As far as I know, the Bursting Decay Ring should drop from the Pale Angel on the Corrupt Nexus, but it feels like the boss never actually spawns.

Maybe it’s just meant to be an extremely rare drop, but after 2 weeks into the league I haven’t seen a single one listed on global trade, which seems suspicious.

Can anyone confirm if the Pale Angel actually spawns and drops this item, or could this be a bug?

Same problem here. Made a thread but it was ignored. Have you encountered the Pale Angel yourself? I farmed 30 corrupted nexuses and not even one spawned ... Nothing in the patch notes suggests its removal.

It really irks me as I enjoy the league but the inability to make a meme lige stacking build slowly makes me mad, maybe I will go mana stacking warrior with waveshaper.

I can confirm, the item (or the drop rate itself) seems bugged. There is no way to get it atm... It was not removed, the Unique stash tab still have the entry but the ring is nowhere to be found.

Seems like it will be removed from the game.

No update on this in latest Patch and no information of it being removed GGG can we get confirmation on if this is intentional or a bug please
