Ancient Vows Bug - Quest Complete but Impossible to Select Reward

Following up on Support request

I've completed the quest, in game you see the medallions in place but I'm unable to select the reward. It shows complete. I've progresed forward in the game, the Act 4 similar reward I was able to select, but this one still I've not received the reward.

Character well into endgame, but this quest still bugged, still not getting the rewards

Me and a friend had this bug happen today.

As far as I've experienced it's caused in multiplayer when one player inserts the rekics while other players are not yet in the zone.

Unlike PC players who can alt click the relics to fix it, affected console players just have to deal with bricked characters.

This bug needs immediate attention!
