Can't Click or Use Skills After Using Strongbox

Done these:

1. Added modifiers to strongbox via little UI under it.
2. Used a vaal orb from my inventory to corrupt the strongbox.
3. Clicked to open strongbox.

After interacting with strong box I was unable to click portal near me or use any skills of mine. This happened to me multiple times. Just not sure if it was strongbox related before this. But definitly had some moments that I can't use my skills while I had resource and not blocked by anything.

Yep strongbox related. Happened again.

How is this still a thing? It was reported months ago.

Happens to me every 3-4 strongboxes.
