Bug Report: Issue Found in Path of Exile 2

Dear Support Team,

I have been playing Path of Exile 2 and encountered an issue that prevents me from continuing the main storyline. After defeating the boss named Benedictus, when I entered the large gate, nothing happened.

After checking a gameplay video of this section, I noticed that an NPC should accompany the player’s character through the gate. Unfortunately, in my case, the NPC did not appear. Furthermore, when I selected “Respawn at Checkpoint,” I was unable to enter the gate at all.

I would like to kindly report this bug and hope that your team can look into the issue and provide a fix.
