Failed to connect to instance *endgame

So ever since yesterday the game has basically become unplayable. 90% of the time I try to travel or load an area I get booted to the dashboard and receive a “failed to connect to instance” error. This can be loading game from menu, traveling to a map, entering an abyss, leaving a map, traveling or leaving well of souls etc…. or anything. It’s anytime I load an area. I’m spending literally more time restarting the game than I am playing. I’m lvl 95, not a newb. This just started happening yesterday.

-I’ve manually reset the server. Tried multiple locations as well as auto

-I’ve restarted (hard) my console many times

-I’ve restarted (hard) my router many times

-I’ve tried the option in menu to spawn in town - doesn’t matter

Nothing works…

Even something as simple as leaving a map when it’s completed takes me 5+ attempts and reloads.

I went from 1 map per 2 minutes to 1 map per 20 minutes bc I have to reload game 20x per map

I don’t know what else to do but I’m tired of getting booted to the menu 8x just to enter a map.

Please please!!!! someone suggest a fix. Emphasis on this being XBOX!!!

I am currently having the same issues for the past 3 days. I am level 81 and have tried everything you have listed plus reinstalling the game and nothing seems to work. I understand that this is early access and bugs are expected, but it is ridiculous that we paid $30 for early access game that will be free to play and then not even be able to play the game hardly at all. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Again, I understand encountering bugs, but this is not allowing up to play at all and has caused me to lose countless waystones, map layouts, and exalts used to juice my waystones etc. Very frustrating at this point.
