Never Recieved Exile Cosmetics

I never received these Exile Cosmetics for completing Act 1. I have been playing in a private league since 0.3 released and never received these cosmetics despite fulfilling the conditions. Does anyone else have this issue?

i have got the staff and hood but my cloak is not there and i have done the same as you

I redid the campaign in a HCSSF league and I got all the cosmetics. Perhaps redoing the campaign will unlock it.
