The Bone Pits PS5 Boss Not dropping Tusk

I bet the boss one time forgot to pick up the Tusk. Left the area completed other quest now the tusk are not dropping after defeating the boss twice. Logged out and back it also warped to town still didn’t drop. Just giving you heads up because cannot continue on with story with this happening. Keep up the hard work and thanks for the work you do .

Found a work around inviting a higher level party member into the instance and the tusk dropped.
