the Last Lament + Eternal Youth not working, Sacrifice counts as Damage Taken.

the Last Lament Crossbow is not working properly. When the keystone Eternal Youth is allocated, the life should recharge as long as no life is lost.
However, the Sacrifice mechanic tied into the Last Lament counts as damage taken and thus Interrupts the Recharge. The description of Recharge explicitly states that the recharge is only interrupted by damage taken Bug Report ID: #1956375222 Last bumped on Jan 4, 2026, 6:43:46 AM

"No, it explicitly states that the recharge is interrupted by any loss of the recharged resource (life). |
|
|
youre right, its interrupted by any life lost.
However, life sacrificed is life sacrificed for a benefit. Life lost ist life lost due to things like damage taken. If you sacrifice blood to get 20 Bucks, did you lost it? Unlike in a car accident when you needed 3 transfusions... |

" Alright, but let's look at the in-game definition for Sacrifice: "Sacrificing is loss of a resource (commonly Life, Mana or Energy Shield) that does not count as taking damage." It doesn't matter that you're getting something in exchange, you're still losing life. |

" can a Dev please confirm that this mechanic is intended related Sacrifice and Eternal Youth? Would render the Keystone useless for niche builds. |

Please notice this post, dear devs. YOU promoted this build on your own channel and now I'm finally getting around to it and it does not work. Thanks so much.

" Content Update 0.4.0 " Also, this post is about the interaction between Eternal Youth and Sacrifice, not about the build's functionality. Last edited by seaman#4993 on Jan 4, 2026, 6:46:04 AM
