Lythara not dropping spirit

Hello guys,
I encountered a problem with Lythara on my twink. After killing her, she doesnt drop the spirit item and isnt marked as killed on the map. Any one of you encountered the same issue? Already killed here twice. Last bumped on Sep 26, 2025, 8:55:18 PM

Same issue, its my second character leveled in this league. I saw the item, picked it up but its not in my inventory and I don't have the +40 spirit. Fought multiple times and haven't got the quest item to drop again.
