Monk double quaterstaff

Why do i have 2 quaterstaff skills on running hollow palm technique? i cant add another skill due to 2 quaterstaffs all my gear somehow on 1 and 2 in the skill inventory i have all gear equipped yet i take off still have slot 2 full.
