Lost Progress in Trials of chaos when reconnecting

im outside of the trial with closed door, opening the door requires new key

You obviously don't understand what I'm saying..... you were in a different instance of the trial of sekhemas area, another one was made so 2 are open now..... like from your way point and clicking to a different way point or when you're clicking into a new zone if you hold down ctrl it shows any currently open instance of that area and gives you the option to create a new one or join any currently open one. Just hold down ctrl next time you going into an area and you'll see what I'm talking about

Which one it is doesn't matter and you obviously than didn't lose your progress if you could continue the same trial and just had to run thru empty rooms....
